GROUP EXCURSIONS

We offer two types of custom-designed group programs:

• Sponsored tours that include your lodging, most meals, and we escort you with fellow companions, and
• Affinity tours that are custom-designed to meet your organization’s goals.

We describe the two types of group tours in more detail below.

Sponsored Tours

We plan for every detail. You’ll see sites and eat in restaurants around the world about which only the most seasoned travels know. And we’ll provide luxury transportation from the moment you depart to the day or your return.

Affinity Tours

Affinity groups—A note to individuals of the following organizations:

• Museum and alumni association directors,
• Church groups and clubs,
• Universities and other schools, and
• Families planning a family reunion.

Bethesda Travel Center’s boutique travel concept is ideal for customized cultural group tours. There is no substitute for a well-designed travel program in furthering your goals of educating your group, creating esprit de corps, and generating revenue for your organization.

• Develop educational and cultural background for the region(s) to which you’re interested in traveling.
