Our sample itinerary is the perfect marriage of English culture, history, and recreation:  after immersing yourself in Bath’s famous natural hot springs, visit Shakespeare’s birthplace in Stratford-Upon-Avon, wander the sleepy village of Broadway, and explore London to see for yourself why Samuel Johnson famously quipped, “When a man is tired of London, he’s tired of life.”  


Dinner and a movie aloft as you make your way to London (overnight flight).





















A full day of exploring!  Spend time in the Cotswolds and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Why not consider a stop at the Woodchester Cathedral or Woodchester Park? Visit Shakespeare’s Royal Theater and also Shakespeare's wife Anne Hathaway’s home where she grew up! Arrive in Broadway and check-in at your lovely hotel.



Onward to your next adventure!  With your car and driver, get ready for a day of sightseeing in the Cotswolds!  Perhaps stop at Gloucester Cathedral!? Enjoy the town’s rolling hills and medieval villages! Return back to Broadway. 



Time to make your way to the city of London!  Consider stopping in Oxford.  On the way, spend the day visiting the University?  Perhaps grab some delicious fish & chips for lunch!  Proceed to your centrally located hotel.


DAY 8: LONDON                          [INTRODUCTORY SIGHTS]

Immerse yourself in British culture and explore London!  Highlights for today will include Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square and possibly the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels and Tower Bridge?  Also visit the neighborhoods of Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Chelsea! 


DAY 9: LONDON                        [FREE DAY]

London’s Calling!  Consider attending the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace!? Why not visit some of the many museums London has to offer—British National Gallery, Tate museums, and Churchill War Rooms as well! Take a stroll through one of the beautiful parks - Hyde, Regent and Greenwich Park? Shopping at Harrod’s or Fortnum & Mason, or perhaps enjoy a ride on the London Eye!? Maybe visit some Soho boutiques or Paul Young Fine Chocolates?  


DAY 10: LONDON – USA              [RETURN HOME]

Transfer to the airport now for your home-bound flights. Welcome home!                                         


Welcome to England! On arrival, you will be met your expert guide and driver to explore the southwest countryside including the majestic Salisbury Cathedral! Did you read “Pillars of the Earth”?  The fictional cathedral of Follett’s acclaimed novel is very similar to this one! Check-in at our hotel in Chisenbury.


DAY 3: CHISENBURY - BATH                                    [STONEHENGE & BATH]

Daily breakfasts in each of your hotels. Program an interesting day as you visit the ancient sites of Avebury and Stonehenge, both UNESCO Heritage Sites, before arriving in Bath, then check-in to your hotel in Bath.


DAY 4: BATH                                            [EXPLORE BATH]

Off you go!  Spend the day visiting the charming town of Bath. Visit the Roman Baths—originally founded as a thermal bath by the Romans and developed into an elegant town with neoclassical Palladian buildings.  Also, visit the Jane Austen Center, commemorating Bath’s most famous resident, who wrote Pride and Prejudice and Emma to name a few!

Throughout your trip, special arrangements can also be planned. You could add a few extra nights in Edinburgh, the Lake District, or the Cotswolds and Stratford-Upon-Avon.
