Day 1 

Arrive Prague

Vítejte v České republic! On arrival in Prague, meet your driver for private transfer to your centrally located hotel. Free time to relax, enjoy your afternoon and get acquainted with your new neighborhood!  

 

Day 2

Explore the Charms of the City

Daily breakfasts provided in each hotel. Meet your expert local guide this morning for a tour through the city. Gawk at the historic Prague Castle, marvel at the impressive Gothic St. Vitus Cathedral, admire the Astronomical Clock and visit the beautiful Valdstein Garden. In your spare time, why not explore the artworks at Mucha Museum, or perhaps appreciate the artistic modern furniture at the Museum of Czech Cubism?      

Day 3

Immerse Yourself in the Rich History of Prague

Together with your private guide, take a journey to uncover the mysteries of Josefov by visiting the Jewish Quarter, Jewish Cemetery and Museum, and the Old-New Synagogue! Free afternoon, have you had a chance to wander through the Lesser Quarter of Prague yet? There’s also always time for a bit of shopping!

Day 4

Relax and Unwind in Prague

Full day to explore Prague at your leisure! What about a visit to the Petrin Park & Tower, where you can stroll up the hill or take a funicular railway to the top for beautiful views of the city!?

Day 5

Journey to the Historic Olomouc and on to Krakow

With your driver today, head out to Poland, with a stop along the way in Olomouc, the best kept secret place in the country. Visit the Holy Trinity Column, St Wenceslas Cathedral and the Astronomical Clock - second in size only to Prague’s! Reaching Kraków, check into your centrally located hotel

Day 6

Relish the History, Beauty and Prestige of Krakow

Enjoy a guided exploration of Krakow this morning! Consult with your guide about seeing the stunning Wawel Royal Castle, the Jewish District or the magnificent Church of the Virgin Mary! After your history lesson, consider meandering through Kraków’s old historic center!

Day 7

Relive World War II History at Auschwitz-Birkenau

Meet your private guide and driver this morning for a full-day thought-provoking solemn visit to Auschwitz, a former Nazi concentration camp and gain insights of Poland’s WWII history. Return to Krakow and enjoy your evening at leisure

Day 8

Discover the Daily Life of Krakow on Your Free Day

Full day at your leisure to explore! Suggest wandering through the main market square or the exquisite Cloth Hall (maybe you’ll find a souvenir)! Also of interest might be Wawel Cathedral, the burial place of many Polish kings, if you missed it before!

Day 9

Return Home

Private transfer to Krakow Airport, where you'll then board your home-bound flight. Same-day arrival in the USA.  Welcome home!

When should I go?

April-October are the preferred months to travel to Central Europe. With the city's chilly climate, Prague can attract crowds all year
